Ensure you check if you will need a permit for your location.
NOTE: If your ceremony is taking place in a public location, it is your responsibility to check if you are required to apply and obtain a permit (eg. for a public beach, park, waterfall, garden etc) The permit will also ensure you can avoid a clash with another ceremony.
Please invite them to atend the rehearsal where possible.

As a contingency plan should an unforeseeable event occur during the ceremony... Do you have a friend or event person who you can nominate to come to rescue! eg. an arrangement falls over, someone falls off their chair, next door starts up their lawnmower.

Some things are out of our control but it's always good to try and think outside the box and plan as a 'just incase' solution to help avoid or solve a scenario occurring wherever possible.
